David A Phillips, age 28, of Green River was arrested on 3/29/11 at 15:02 hours on Iowa Circle. Officers were aware of an active Sweetwater County warrant for Phillips. Officers observed Phillips washing his truck at his residence on Iowa Circle. Phillips was contacted and advised of the warrant and he was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Officers investigated a report of Aggravated Domestic Battery on Monroe Ave. The report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.
Officers investigated a report of Identity Theft on Hitching Post Drive when the victim advised her bank account was accessed without her permission and over $400 was taken from her account. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
A report of felony Property Destruction was taken on E 2nd S when the reporting party advised his daughter and her boyfriend took his boat without permission and cause over $8000 in damages.
A report of Malicious Mischief was taken on Trail Drive when the reporting party advised police her mailbox was damaged for the second time in a week by an unknown person. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
A report of Too many Animals was investigated on W Teton Blvd. Officers were dispatched to an address on W Teton Blvd for a civil standby and officers observed five dogs at the residence. The report was forwarded to the City Attorney for review.
