Events of April 22, 2011
Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Jefferson St. just prior to 2:00 a.m. to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Investigating officers learned the operators of the vehicle were of age and attending a party at a nearby residence.

Officers were dispatched to 1700 block of Idaho for a disturbing the peace complaint at about 5:30 a.m. A citation was issued for the loud noise.

Officers investigated a reported passing of a counterfeit $20 bill at a business on Uinta.

A citizen came to the police department for assistance on a case involving threats to their daughter.

A citizen came to the police department concerning a civil matter.

Officers were dispatched to Miller St. concerning a parking complaint. The owners were issued a verbal warning.

A citizen came to the police department concerning a civil matter.

Officers were dispatched to Crossbow Drive on a citizen assist.

Animal Control Officers were dispatched to N. 5 W. to a reported dog at large. The dog owners are out of town, so the care giver was issued a warning.

Officers were dispatched to the Smith’s parking lot to investigate a two vehicle accident. Minor damage occurred and there were no injuries.

Officers were dispatched to 600 Madison to investigate a Malicious Mischief. A side window of a blue Honda Odyssey was reported to have been broken while it was parked at the residence.

Officers were dispatched to a hang up 911 call on Barnhart St. The call was determined to have been accidental.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Riverview in reference to harassing text messages a citizen was receiving from a family member.

Officers were dispatched to the hill behind the bowling alley on Uinta where a male subject was climbing on the rocks. No subject was located.


Events of April 22, 2011 continued
Officers assisted Ambulance personnel at the Medical Center with a transport of an elderly female with a high fever and difficulty breathing. The victim was transported to the hospital.

Officers assisted Ambulance personnel on E. Teton Blvd. to a report of an unresponsive elderly female. The victim regained consciousness after police and ambulance personnel arrived, but was transported to the hospital for further treatment.

Officers were dispatched to a possible burglary in progress on Hillcrest, when a neighbor observed flashlights inside the darkened residence and a strange vehicle in the driveway. Officers made contact with the people at the residence and interrupted an Easter Egg Hunt.

Officers investigated a reported harassment on Vermont Ct.

Byron Tucker 45, of Green River was arrested for driving under suspension and outstanding arrest warrant for failing to appear in court at an order to show cause hearing for child support. Officers were initially dispatched to the west end of Flaming Gorge to investigate a domestic dispute when responding officers saw the involved vehicle driving from the area. Tucker was taken into custody and transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Facility where he was booked into jail.

Events of April 23, 2011
Officers were dispatched to Grant Circle to a report of loud music. Officers issued a verbal warning to a resident and there were no further complaints.

Officers investigated a two vehicle collision on N. 3 E. An improperly secured vehicle owned by Railroad Salvage and Restoration of Joplin, Mo. rolled into a truck owned by White Mountain Lumber.

Officers investigated a trespassing complaint on Keith Dr.

Officers investigated a harassment complaint made at the police department by a citizen concerning their daughter’s boyfriend.

Officers responded to a burglar alarm at a business on Uinta Dr. The alarm was accidental.

Officers investigated an auto burglary on Wilson St. in which a laptop computer was stolen from an unlocked pickup.

Officers investigated an auto burglary on Buckboard Lane in which a backpack was stolen from an unlocked pickup.


Events of April 23, 2011 continued

Officers investigated a two vehicle accident on Cumorah Way where a driver backed into an unoccupied parked vehicle while attempting exit a private parking lot. There was minimal damage and no injuries.

Officers investigated an auto burglary on Schultz St. where a ladies purse, its contents, and 200 CD’s were taken from an unlocked car at a residence.

Animal Control Officers were dispatched to Pioneer Way to a report of a dog at large. The dog was caught by the owner prior to the officer’s arrival.

Officers were dispatched to a residence on W. Teton in reference to a civil dispute.

Officers conducted a citizen assist at the police department.

Officers investigated a parking complaint on Apache Ave.

A citizen turned in some keys he located in Telephone Canyon.

Officers responded to Veteran’s Park to a report of a found child. Officers arrived on scene shortly before the parent who was looking for the child arrived. The child was returned to the parent. The child was unharmed.

Officers assisted a citizen at the police department regarding a civil matter.

Officers were dispatched to a Riverview address concerning harassing text messages from a family member.

Officers responded to a concerned citizen’s residence on Hitching Post to a report of too many people at the Recreation Center.

Events on April 24, 2011
Officers investigated a report of tires slashed on the 1400 block of Bridger Dr.

Officers arrested a male juvenile after he was observed to be out after curfew. The juvenile was found to be riding a stolen bicycle. The juvenile was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Facility where he was booked into jail.

Officers were dispatched to Logan St. to investigate a broken car window. The window appeared to have been shot with a B-B gun.


Events of April 24, 2011 continued

Dane Johnson 21, of Green River was arrested at the Animal Control Shelter for an outstanding Green River Municipal Court arrest warrant for Dog at Large when Johnson came to the shelter to get his dog out of impound. Johnson was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Facility where he was booked into jail.

Officers assisted Ambulance personnel on Daniel Boone to a report of a female with chest pains. The victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance for further treatment.

Officers were dispatched to a business on Flaming Gorge for subject removal. The subject was removed without incident.

Officers were dispatched to a suspicious person on the 300 block of Mansface St. Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the subject.

Officers were dispatched to the area of 1750 Hitching Post to a report of a barking dog. No barking dogs were located in the area.

Officers were dispatched to Smith’s Grocery Store for a citizen assist.

Officers were dispatched to 98 Uinta to a citizen assist.

Animal Control Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Andrews for a dog at large. The dog was impounded.

Animal Control officers were dispatched to the municipal horse corrals for two horses running loose. The horses were herded to a vacant corral for the owners to claim later.

Officers investigated a juvenile fight at the skate park. The participants were located and statements were taken.

Officers conducted a civil standby on Alabama Drive.

Officers investigated a domestic dispute on Idaho Street.
