Suzette Y Kordus, age 46, of Green River was arrested on 4/26/11, at 12:12 hours on Commerce Way. Officers were dispatched to Probation and Parole regarding a client testing positive for the use of opiates. Kordus admitted to using controlled substances that were not prescribed to her,
violating of her probation. Kordus was transported to County jail without incident.

Officers investigated a report of Grand Larceny when the victim advised that while his company truck was at a local auto body shop a $2300 Warn winch was stolen from the vehicle. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers investigated a report of Fraud when the victim advised her credit card was used to make purchases in Florida that the victim did not authorize.

Malicious Mischief reports were taken on W Railroad Ave when the victim reported four tires on his truck were slashed on 4/26/11 between midnight and 05:00 hours on 4/26/11. The victim also reported a friend’s vehicle, which was also parked on W Railroad Ave, had her tires slashed during the same time period. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Trespass warning was issued on E 2nd N at the request of the owner.

A debit card belonging to Jamie M Hole was found on Indian Hills Drive on 4/26/11 and turned in to the GRPD.

A vicious animal report was investigated on Massachusetts Court.
