Lance L Gibson, age 29, of Green River was arrested on 4/28/11 at 23:41 hours on Hoover Drive. Officers made a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle. A passenger from the vehicle exited and ran from officers. The suspect was later arrested after a foot pursuit and being tased. The suspect refused to identify himself to officers at the time of his arrest. The suspect broke out a Plexiglas partition in a patrol car while being transported to jail. Gibson identified himself to jail personnel later in the morning.

It was learned that Gibson had an outstanding felony warrant out of Natrona County for Failure to Appear for sentencing on the original charge of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine. Gibson was also charged with felony Interference with a Police Officer, Destruction of Property and Criminal Trespass.

Thomas R Webb, age 26, of Green River was arrested on 4/28/11, at 16:51 hours on Commerce Way. Webb was at Probation and Parole and it was learned he had an active arrest warrant out of District Court for a Probation Violation on the original charge of Blackmail. Webb was arrested and transported to jail without incident.

A 15 year old male was cited for Urinating in Public on 4/27/11 at 12:02 hours on Hitching Post Drive. Officers witnessed the suspect urinating and he was stopped and cited.

An Auto Burglary report was investigated on Homestead Drive when the victim advised his wallet was stolen from his vehicle while parked at his residence. The victim estimated his loss at over $600.

A Harassment report was taken on Davy Crocket Drive when victim reported she was receiving threatening text messages from her ex-boyfriend.

A girl’s bicycle was found on W Flaming Gorge Way.
