George Chacon, age 64, of Green River was arrested on 5/8/11 at 00:04 hours on Blake Street. Officer stopped Chacon for a Lane Use violation and subsequent investigation showed him to be Driving While Intoxicated. Chacon was arrested and transported to the County jail without incident.

Xavier M Funk, age 21, of Green River was arrested on 5/6/11 at 23:16 hours on Uinta Drive. Funk was stopped for a vehicle equipment violation and records check showed his driver’s license was suspended and there was an active arrest warrant out of Circuit Court for No Insurance. Funk was arrested and transported to County jail.

Tosten C Flaten, age 24, of Green River was arrested on 5/6/11 at 13:44 hours on Commerce Way. Officers were informed that Flaten was at the Probation and Parole office in Green River and there was an active warrant for his arrest. Upon arrival officers were informed by Probation and Parole personnel that Flaten had an outstanding warrant out of Natrona County for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Suspended. Falten was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Brandon Rosser, age 28, of Green River was cited for Disturbing the Peace 4th offense, on 5/6/11 at 23:19 hours on W Virginia Place.

Officers investigated a report of an Auto Burglary when the victim advised an unknown person removed the battery from his motor home that was parked on W Flaming Gorge Way on 5/8/11 between 06:00 and 16:00 hours. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers investigated a report of a Larceny on E Flaming Gorge Way when a person pumped $30 of fuel into a blue pickup truck and drove off without paying. A license plate was identified and the owner could not be located at this time.

A Fraud report was taken on Colorado Drive when the victim advised someone used her Social Security number to open a bank account in Florida.

Officers took a report of a Hit and Run traffic crash on S Carolina Drive when Patricia Robbins reported her State of Wyoming issued vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle at an unknown time and place.


Officers investigated a traffic crash at FMC Park when a dump truck driven by Michael Volceka rolled backwards into a pickup truck driven by Thera Siler. Damage to the Siler truck was estimated at over $1000 and minor damage to the dump truck. No injuries were reported.

A trespass warning was issued on Wilson Street. A Vicious Animal report was investigated on Alabama Drive. A Threats report was investigated on Windriver Drive and a Trespass warning was issued. A Disturbing the Peace warning was issued on E 3rd S. A juvenile problem was reported on Idaho Street. Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Crossbow Drive and also on E Flaming Gorge Way. Suspicious Circumstances were reported on Park View Drive.
