Jakon M Louderback, age 33, of Green River was arrested on 5/12/11 at 22:16 on Uinta Drive. Louderback was stopped for a Lane Usage violation and subsequent investigation showed Louderback to be intoxicated. A breath test at the County jail showed Louderback to be over the presumptive limit for driving a motor vehicle. Louderback was charged with DWUI, Lane Use and No Insurance.

Kayla Carlson, age 28, of Green River was cited for Open Container on 5/12/11 at 22:16 hours on Uinta Drive. Carlson was a passenger in a vehicle in which the driver was arrested for DWUI and subsequent investigation showed her to be in possession of an open bottle of vodka.

Two sixteen year old males were cited for Curfew on 5/13/11 at 02:19 hours on Wilkes Drive. They were later released to their respective parents.

A Domestic Battery report was investigated when officers were dispatched to an address on Juniper Street and learned of a domestic dispute between a husband and wife. Officers did not see any signs of physical violence. A report was filed and forwarded to the County Attorney for review.

A report of an Auto Burglary was taken on Daniel Boone Drive when the victim advised officers his gray 2008 Pontiac was left unlocked and an IPod touch was stolen from within the car. The victim advised the burglary occurred between 4/22/11 and 4/24/11. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A report of Criminal Entry was investigated on Logan Street when the owner of a Terry camper trailer reported someone had entered his trailer and vandalized the interior. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A verbal dispute was reported n W Teton Blvd.
