A 15 year old male was cited for Possession of Tobacco while at Lincoln Middle School. The juvenile’s probation officer was contacted and she confronted him about the tobacco. He produce a can of chew and he was cited for having it in his possession. \

Officers investigated a report of a Larceny at the Flaming Gorge Loaf and Jug when a clerk advised the driver of a small pickup with a camper shell pumped $12.00 in gas and drove off without paying.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Monroe Ave when the victim advised someone threw a rock through the windshield of her green 1994 Cadillac. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Wilkes Drive when the victim reported four juveniles were spray painting building. Three juveniles were implicated and they were released to their parents.

Officers investigated a traffic crash on at the Tollgate Station parking lot when a vehicle pulling a trailer, driven by Don Vercimak, pulled up to the gas pumps and the trailer struck a parked vehicle owned by Kenna Hollman. Damage to the Hollman vehicle was estimated at under $1000 and no damage to the Vercimak trailer. No injuries were reported and Vercimak was cited for No Insurance.

Officer investigated a report of Suspicious Circumstances on Windriver Drive when the victim advised he felt someone had tried to pry the lock to his apartment. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
