A 17 year old male was arrested on 6/6/11 at 16:58 hours on Uinta Drive on a warrant out of Green River Municipal Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of No Driver’s License in Possession. The suspect also had a marijuana pipe concealed on his person that was discovered by jail personnel during the book in process and he was also charged with Possession of Marijuana.

Russell J Stewart, age 26, of Rock Springs was arrested on 6/6/11, at 13:08 hours on Commerce Way on a warrant out of District Court for Violation of the terms of his probation on the original charge of Felony Delivery of Marijuana. Officers were dispatched to Probation and Parole and parole agents identified Stewart. The warrant was confirmed through dispatch and Stewart ws arrested and transported to county jail.

Joseph A Doney, age 33, of Green River, was arrested on 6/7/11at 02:21 hours on Bridger Drive. Officers were aware of an active arrest warrant for Doney out of Green River Municipal Court for Shoplifting. Doney was located at his residence and arrested per the warrant.

Alexandria Dietshce, age 18, of Camas Washington, was arrested on 6/3/11 at 16:20 hours on E 2nd N for Grand Larceny. Detectives conducted an investigation in to the theft of a ring that is valued in excess of $1000 which was reported on 4/27/11. It was discovered the victim’s ring was pawned in Rock Springs on 4/25/11 buy Dietsche. Dietsche was interviewed on 6/3/11 by a GRPD detective she admitted to stealing and pawning the ring.

Officers investigated a Malicious Mischief report on Buckboard Lane when the victim advised someone had a tire slashed on her maroon 2002 Pontiac while it was parked at her residence. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers investigated an Auto Burglary report on S Riverbend Drive when the owner of a gray 2010 Ford pickup truck advised someone entered his truck and stole a Nikon Camera and lenses. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers investigated a traffic crash at the parking lot at 520 Wilkes Drive when a car driven by Autumn Smith backed into a parked vehicle owned by Caitlyn Higgins. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each and no injuries were reported.

An abandoned 1979 brown Ford F150 pickup truck owned by William McClellan was towed from N 7th W by Norberg Towing.
