Cassidy C Forrester, age 26, of Green River was cited for Driving while Suspended on 6/14/11 at 23:55 hours on E Railroad Ave. Forrester was stopped for a stop sign violation and a driver’s license check showed his Wyoming driver’s license was suspended.

Randy R Quigley, age 40, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 6/14/11 at 08:27 hours on Indian Hills Drive. Quigley was stopped for a registration violation and subsequent investigation showed his Utah driver’s license was suspended and he did not have insurance on his vehicle. Quigley was cited for both violations.

Two 12 year old males were stopped for Shoplifting on 6/14/11 at 15:46 hours on Uinta Drive. Their parents were contacted and it was explained to them the process of appearing in court for charges. The juveniles were then turned over to their respective parents.

A 13 year old male was cited and released for Shoplifting on 6/14/11 at 15:32 hours on Bridger Drive.

Wesley Hohler reported his Ford work truck that was parked at the west end of Hutton Heights Trailer Court was struck by an unknown vehicle between 21:00 hours on 6/13/11 and 08:00 hours on 6/14/11. Anyone with information please contact the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers investigated a crash at the Family Dollar Store parking lot when a juvenile riding a bike ran into a stopped car operated by Dinah Highley. Minor injuries to the bicyclist and minor damages to the Highly vehicle were reported. The juveniles’ parent was advised and responded to the scene.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Washakie Ave when the victim reported the driver’s side window of his silver 2002 Saturn car was shattered. Anyone with information please contact the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers assisted Fire Dept personnel with a small brush fire in Telephone Canyon.
