Charles W Morrison, age 51, of Green River was arrested on 6/20/11 at 0826 hours on E 2nd N on a warrant out of Municipal Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Use of a Cell Phone While Driving. Morrison was stopped for a traffic violation and a warrants check showed the outstanding arrest warrant out of City Court. Morrison was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Oliver D Bicenti, age 47, of Green River was arrested on 6/20/11 at 11:03 hours on Wilkes Drive on a warrant out of Municipal Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Public Intoxication. Officers observed Bicenti on Wilkes Drive and knew him through previous contacts. Officers were aware of an arrest warrant for Bicenti and after the warrant was confirmed took Bicenti into custody. Officers later learned of additional warrants out of Sweetwater County and Lincoln County for Bicenti.

Brianne M Bauer, age 25, of Green River was cited for Disturbing the Peace on 6/21/11 at 01:23 hours on Wilkes Drive. Officers were dispatched to a loud party complaint on Wilkes Drive. Bauer was identified as the responsible person for the apartment. Dispatch advised there was a previous complaint taken at the same apartment on 6/15/11 and Bauer was cited.

Officers investigated a Burglary report on Hitching Post Drive when the victim reported someone entered his unlocked Toyota pickup truck and stole his Blackberry Curve cell phone value at $350. Anyone with information please contact the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Larceny report was taken at the Maverick Store when the driver of a 90’s model utility truck pumped $23.13 in fuel and left without paying. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers investigated a traffic crash at the Smith’s Store parking lot when a car driven by Mikeila Meadows struck a parked car owned by Kathleen Thomas. Damage to each vehicle was estimated at under $1000 each and no injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a report of a Hit and Run crash on E Teton Blvd when Mark Cole advised an unknown vehicle struck his company owned 2008 white Ford F 150 which was parked and unoccupied causing over $1000 in damages. Cole advised he parked the truck on 6/17/11 at 13:00 hours and it was not damaged at that time. Anyone with information please contact the GRPD at 872-0555.

A camcorder and camera were found on Schultz Street on 6/20/11.
