Mallory K Moskovita, age 27, of Green River was arrested on 6/28/11 at 13:49 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving While Suspended or Revoked. Officers observed Moskivita driving on E Flaming Gorge Way and were aware of an arrest warrant for her. Officers followed Moskovita until dispatch was able to confirm the warrant and then stopped her. A check of Moskovita’s driver’s license showed she was still suspended. She was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a Domestic Assault on South Wagonwheel Drive when a third party advised of a physical dispute between a mother and her son on 6/28/11 at 17:01 hours. A copy of the report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

Officers investigated a crash on E Teton Blvd when a van driven by Charles Giesenhagen struck the rear of a truck driven by Bennie Hayward. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each and no injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a crash on E Flaming Gorge Way when a car driven by Stephanie Reading struck the rear of a car driven by Brenda Worthen. Damage to the Reading car was estimated at over $1000 and under $1000 to the Worthen car. No injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a crash on E Flaming Gorge Way when a car driven by Lynda Sidwell struck a motorcycle driven by Deane Graves. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 and no injuries were reported. Sidwell was cited for Failure to Yield Right of Way.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Daniel Boone Drive.
