Officers investigated a crash at the Municipal Horse Corrals when a car driven by Patricia Martinez struck a vehicle driven by Brenda Villa. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at over $1000 each. Martinez was cited for Inattentive Driving.

A Vicious Animal report was investigated on Hoover Drive when the victim reported she was bitten by a neighbor’s dog. A report was sent to the City Attorney for review.

A dog was quarantined on Michigan Street after biting its owner.

A Nuisance Animal report was taken on Iowa Circle when the victim complained of a barking and vicious dog. A report was forwarded to the City Attorney for review.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Hitching Post Drive when the victim advised someone spray painted obscenities on the side of his car, a white Dodge Intrepid. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Trespass warning was issued on Schultz Street when a male came onto his neighbor’s property after exchanging lewd gestures with one another.

Suspicious Circumstances were reported when an elderly couple received a phone call supposedly from a grandson who was in jail in Canada and needed money for bail. The couple asked a few questions regarding family and realized it was a scam.
