William T Wiley, age 23, of Green River was arrested on 7/15/11 at 11:23 hours on Trona Drive on a warrant out of Municipal Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Requirement Upon Leaving an Unattended Vehicle. Officers located Wiley at his residence and he was taken into custody and transported to jail without incident.

Officers investigated a crash at the Oak Tree Inn parking lot when a vehicle driven by Michael Williams, of Lake Arthur Louisiana, struck a light pole. Damage to the Williams vehicle was estimated at under $1000 and no injuries were reported. Williams was cited for Inattentive Driving.

Officers took a report of a two vehicle crash that occurred at Stratton Myer Park baseball field parking lot when a car driven by Frederick Ziegler backed into a car driven by Crystal Jones. Damage to each vehicle was estimated at under $1000 and no injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a crash at the Bridger Loaf and Jug when a vehicle driven by Kelly Upp struck a parked truck owned by Larry Wilkins. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each and no injuries were reported. Upp was cited for Inattentive Driving.

A Vicious Animal report was investigated on W 2nd N when the victim reported she was bitten by her boyfriend’s dog while she was trying to separate her dog and his dog from fighting. The dog was impounded and will be released to the owner on request.

A Trespass warning was issued on E 3rd S when the owner of the property asked police to escort a vagrant from his property.

A verbal dispute was reported on Wyoming Drive when a brother and sister argued over a wrestling match between her brother and her cousin.

A Disturbing the Peace warning was issued on Conestoga Drive when officers responded to a fight in progress and found the combatants had left the area. The owner of the residence was advised of the complaint.

A Disturbing the Peace warning was issued on Bridger Drive when officers responded to a loud party call. The apartment owner was contacted and was warned about the complaint.

Suspicious Circumstances were reported on E Flaming Gorge Way. A Trespass warning was issued on Bridger Drive. Accidental Damage was reported on Uinta Drive when a customer rocked a vending machine and the glass broke out.

A report of Domestic Battery was investigated on California Drive when a verbal dispute between a husband and wife became physical. The wife allegedly pushed the husband on the chest. A report was forwarded to the County Attorney for review.

A trespass warning was issued on Wilson Street when the trailer park manager reported a subject was at the park that was given a previous trespass warning. Officer learned the previous warning was for a specific trailer in the park and not for the whole trailer park. The manager requested the subject be warned for the entire trailer park.
