Matthew R Lowseth, age 23, of Green River was arrested on 7/28/11 at 02:15 hours on Astle Ave for Failure report a Property Damage Crash and Driving While Intoxicated. Lowseth was contacted at his residence after his vehicle was left abandoned at an accident scene on Uinta Drive. Lowseth smelled of alcoholic beverage and was asked to submit to sobriety maneuvers which he failed. He was taken into custody and transported to jail where a breath test showed his blood alcohol concentration at over double the legal limit.

Chad A Dockter, age 26, of Green River was arrested on 7/27/11 at 17:04 hours on Schultz Street on warrants out of Evanston Municipal Court for Failure to Appear on the original charges of Interference with a Police Officer, False Information to Police, Shoplifting and Eluding Police. GRPD officers were at Dockter’s residence to serve a search warrant regarding an Aggravated Assault case in which Dockter reportedly pointed a gun at a woman on Wilkes Drive on 7/24/11.

A report of Criminal Entry was investigated on Uinta Drive when the victim reported someone is entering her residence and turning appliances on and off. The victim is not sure who is responsible but feels it may be children in the neighborhood just pulling pranks on her.

Officers investigated a crash on Idaho Street when a car driven by Jebediah Osborne struck a bicyclist who entered the roadway from a driveway without yielding right of way. The 16 year old bicyclist received minor injuries but was not transported to the hospital. Damage to the Osborne car was estimated at over $1000. No citations were issued.

Officers investigated a crash at the Ace Hardware Store parking lot when a truck driven by Paskel Henderson struck a vehicle driven by Dorothy Mitchell. Damage to the Mitchell vehicle was estimated at over $1000 and under $1000 to the Henderson truck and no injuries were reported. Paskel was cited for Inattentive Driving.

Officers investigated a crash on Honor Way when a car driven by Naomi Hatch backed into a parked car owned by Doug Kindel. Damage to the both vehicles was estimated at over $1000 each and no injuries were reported.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on W Flaming Gorge when the victim advised someone threw a brick though his rear window of his vehicle. A suspect was indentified and the incident is under investigation.

Officers investigated a report of Malicious Mischief on Greasewood Street when the victim reported someone had damaged the door lock on the driver’s side door of her 2008 red Pontiac passenger car. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on S 2nd E when unknown suspects spray painted the Trona Bridge at Expedition Island. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers investigated a report of Malicious Mischief on E 2nd N when the victim reported someone had scratched her car on the passenger side with a sharp object possibly a key. The victim said her car was parked for over a week in the same spot when the damage occurred. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Nuisance Animal report was taken on Conestoga Drive when the victim reported his neighbor’s dog dug under the fence and entered onto his property and tore up his flower garden. The neighbor was contacted and agreed to make restitution.

A verbal domestic dispute was reported on Moran Drive.
