Leslie Lynn Lucas age 48, of Green River was arrested on 7/30/11 at 01:25 hours on E 2nd N for Public Intoxication. Lucas showed up at City Hall intoxicated and she was arrested and transported to jail.

Cody A Hummel, age 20, of Green River was arrested on 7/31/11 at 22:25 hours on Bridger Drive on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Unlawful Contact. Hummel was contacted at the Bridger Loaf and Jug parking lot and the warrant was confirmed through the Sheriff’s Office. Hummel was taken into custody without incident and transported to jail.

Officers investigated a report of a Domestic Battery on N 5th W when the male half came into the PD and advised officers he was assaulted by his wife. Officers attempted to locate the wife without success and the case is still under investigation.

Officers investigated a report of Grand Larceny when the victim advised his gold 2005 Ford F 150 pickup truck was stolen from 520 Ironwood Street sometime in the last three weeks. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Grand Larceny report was taken on E Railroad Ave when the victim advised someone stole his purple 1994 Ford pickup truck on 7/30/11 at approximately 11:55 hours. The truck was parked at the UPRR parking lot when it was taken. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Larceny report was taken on Uinta Drive when a citizen reported seeing a man taken a tire cover from the spare tire of a camp trailer parked on Uinta Drive. A suspect was contacted and he denied any involvement. No evidence was located in the suspect’s truck and the victim could not be located at this time. The case is still under investigation at this time.

A Larceny report was taken on North Dakota Lane when the victim advised someone siphoned approximately 5 gallons of gas from his car between 18:00 hours on 7/2811 and 05:30 hours on 7/29/11. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers investigated a crash on Hoback Street when a semi tractor and trailer driven by Dallas Ward and owned by North Park Transportation struck overhead power lines belonging to Sweetwater Cable TV. No injuries were reported and the damages to the cable were estimated between $10,000 and $12,000 and no damage to the semi-tractor and trailer were reported.

Merrily Calkins reported an unknown vehicle struck her silver 2006 Pontiac G6 passenger car that was parked at the Arctic Circle parking lot causing under $1000 in damages to her car. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Bradner Circle when the victim advised someone “egged” her residence on 7/29/11 at 20:00 hours. An abandoned vehicle owned by Jerry Cole was towed by Wild Card Towing on 7/24/11 at 10:47 hours from W Railroad Street. A pocketbook owned by Jessica Earl was turned in to the Police Dept as Found Property. A concerned citizen reported seeing a pink and blue unoccupied inflatable raft at Stratton Myer Park. Officers checked the area with negative results. Suspicious Circumstances were reported on N Wagonwheel Drive when the reporting party advised she heard loud noises in her back yard. Officers checked the area and found no one around. A two year old child was bitten by a friend’s dog and was taken to the hospital by the parents. The dog owner was able to provide current shot records for the dog.
