Dillon Cagle, age 19, of Green River was arrested on 9/30/11 at 02:40 hours on Bridger Drive on warrants out of Municipal Court and Circuit Court for Failure to Pay Fines and Failure to Appear. Cagle was stopped for Exhibition of Acceleration at Stratton Meyer Park. A driver’s license check showed the two arrest warrants for Cagle and he was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Jeffrey Paxton, age 45, of Green River was arrested on 9/30/11 at 00:26 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way for Public Intoxication. Paxton’s vehicle was stopped for speeding and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated. Paxton was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Officers investigated a traffic crash on Sioux Circle when a truck driven by Ian Parker struck a parked vehicle owned by Diane Doliner. Damage to Doliner vehicle was estimated over $1000 and under$1000 to the truck driven by Parker. No injuries were reported and Parker was cited for Improper Backing.
Georgine Thorpe Miller, age 42, of Green River was cited for Nuisance Animal on 9/26/11 at 17:16 hours on Clark Street. Officers responded to a barking dog complaint and Thorpe was contacted and cited.
Officers investigated a Malicious Mischief/ Littering report on Daniel Boone Drive when the victim returned home from hunting and found some of his property destroyed and articles in his yard that he does not own. The incident is pending further investigation at this time.
Suspicious Circumstances were reported behind Harrison School when the reporting party advised plastic bags along the dirt path. Officers checked and found they were only garbage bags and they were removed from the area.
Animal Control Officers assisted a citizen with a varmint trap on Bramwell Street.
Officers assisted a citizen with an emergency lockout when the victim inadvertently locked her 8 month old daughter in her vehicle.
Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents with witnessing drug tests at their office on Commerce Drive.
Officers responded to 5 Day parking complaints on Alabama Drive. Several vehicles were tagged and will be checked on in five days.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel with a lethargic child on Oklahoma Drive.
