Leslie Lynn Lucas, age 48, of Green River was arrested on 10/11/11 at 14:03 hours on N 1st E for Public Intoxication. Officers were dispatched to a disturbance call at the YMCA when a female subject refused to leave after she was requested to leave. Upon arrival officers made contact with Lucas and subsequent investigation showed her to be intoxicated. Lucas was taken into custody and transported to jail but her blood alcohol concentration was so elevated that she had to be taken to the hospital for evaluation.

Jason W Dix, age 37, of Rock Springs was arrested on 10/11/11 at 08:38 hours on W Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Suspended. Dix was stopped for speeding and a driver’s license check showed his license to be suspended. Dix was taken into custody and transported to jail.

A report of Burglary was taken on N 4th E when the victim reported approximately $7000 cash was stolen from a safe in the residence. The incident is currently under investigation at this time.

A Trespass warning was issued on N 7th W when the victim requested his estranged wife be escorted from his property after causing a disturbance. The female was cooperative and she was escorted from the area and given a verbal trespass warning.

A verbal domestic dispute was reported on W Teton Blvd. The subjects were contacted and there was no physical abuse reported and the couple went home.

A report of littering was taken on Uinta Drive when the reporting party advised she witnessed two male subjects toss a newer bicycle into the river off the Uinta Drive Bridge.

A Larceny report was taken at the GRHS.

Officers assisted subjects with a civil standby on W Teton Blvd.

A welfare check was initiated on Shoshone Ave when a concerned party reported a dog was being neglected. Animal Control Officers checked and the dog was fine.

Officers were called to a motorist assist on E Flaming Gorge Way and a tow truck was called to the scene.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Uinta Drive with an unconscious female.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel at Monroe School with a student with a possible broken ankle.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on E 4th S with a subject who was choking.
