Ryan L Lusk, age 21, of Green River was arrested on 11/3/11 at 18:40 hours on Bridger Drive for Driving While Suspended, No Registration and No Insurance. Lusk was stopped for the registration violation and subsequent investigation showed his driver’s license to be suspended and he had no insurance. Lusk was taken into custody and transported to jail.
A 16 year old male and a 15 year old male were cited for Underage Consumption and Curfew on 11/4/11 at 00:29 hours on W Flaming Gorge Way. The two were stopped for a lane use violation and subsequent investigation showed the juveniles were out after curfew and had been drinking alcoholic beverages.
A 16 year old male was cited for Hill Climbing on 11/3/11 at 15:23 hours on Scott’s Bottom Road.
Officers responded to a report of a fight in progress at Monroe Middle School. Three male juveniles were contacted and later released to their parents.
A Larceny report was taken on E Flaming Gorge Way when the victim reported a tire, two license plates and hood ornament was taken from his car while parked at the Wild Horse Saloon parking lot. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
A Fraud report was taken on Idaho Street when the victims reported someone used their debit card to make purchases in excess of $1100 in three different states, Florida, California and Texas.
A Malicious Mischief complaint was taken at Truman School regarding juveniles throwing snowballs at passing cars.
A welfare check was initiated on Iowa Circle.
Officers responded to a complaint of Malicious Mischief at FMC Park when a passenger car drove through a recently seeded area.
Animal Control Officers responded to a welfare check of a dog on Bridger Drive.
Officers assisted ambulance on Moran Drive with a 68 year old female who suffers from strokes and diabetic attacks.
A Disturbing the Peace complaint was taken on Bridger Drive.
Officers responded to a report of a horse running loose on E Teton Blvd near the municipal horse corrals; the horse was secured in a corral.
Officers took a complaint of a barking dog on W 2nd N.
Officers responded to a report of a verbal domestic dispute on Clark Street.
Officers investigated a Threats report on W Flaming Gorge Way when the victim advised he was approached by two men demanding money or they would beat the victim. The suspects could not be identified by the victim and were gone when police arrived.
