Officers observed a male subject in a vehicle outside the Medical Center on Uinta at about 0100 hours. The subject was having chest pains and ambulance personnel were called to the scene. The male subject was transported to the hospital by ambulance for treatment.

Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of N. 6 W. for a parking complaint. Vehicles were marked for 5 day parking enforcement.

Officers were dispatched to a business on Uinta for a parking complaint. Officers advised the vehicle owner of the complaint.

Officers were dispatched to Riverview and Fir Street for a parking complaint. Officers found the vehicle described by the reporting person to be legally parked and no violations were observed.

Animal Control Officers met with a citizen at the Animal Shelter who had found a kitten at the municipal horse corrals and turned the kitten over to the shelter.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel at the Castle Rock Medical Center where a 48 year old male was transported to the hospital after feeling ill after a recent surgery.

Officers were dispatched to a five day parking complaint on the 1500 block of Colorado Dr. Officers met the neighbors of the registered owner and learned the vehicle is moved often by the owner, but the owner was currently out of town.

Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Indian Hills for a child locked in a car. Officers were able to unlock the vehicle and rescue the child who was unharmed.

Officers assisted a citizen at the police department who came with questions.

Officers were dispatched to the Green River High School to investigate a two vehicle accident. A 17 year old male was driving a 1993 Buick Century and struck a 1996 Chevrolet Suburban driven by Sherry Doty, 31 years old of Green River. Doty had stopped in traffic and was struck from behind by the car driven by the 17 year old male who was changing radio stations at the time of the collision. The 17 year old male was issued a citation into Green River Municipal Court for Inattentive Driving. The Buick was towed from the scene and both vehicles received damages estimated at over $1000 each. There were no injuries.

Officers met with a citizen at the police department with questions about a letter he received.

Officers arrested Adam Coppolo 48years old of Green River at his residence On Elk Mountain Circle for failure to appear in court on the original charge of felony stalking. Coppolo was taken

into custody without incident and was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center where he was booked into jail.

Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at the Loaf-N-Jug parking lot on Uinta Dr. Kenneth Birck 52 years old, of Green River was stopped in the parking lot waiting to fuel when his 2008 Ford Expedition was struck from behind by a 1997 Chevrolet 1500 driven by Roy Lucero 53 years old of Green River. Lucero reported his brakes failed and he was unable to avoid colliding with Birck’s vehicle. Damages were estimated at less than $1000 for each of the vehicles and there were no injuries.

Officers were dispatched to the area of McDonalds for a dog at large. The dog was not located.

Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Riverview Dr. for a dog at large. The owner was contacted and he was able to capture the dog.

Officers were dispatched to a business on Flaming Gorge in reference to a fuel bill skip. The person was located and used her credit card at the fuel pump. The customer returned to the business and the matter was taken care of.

Officers were dispatched to a residence on Apache Ave. to assist a person with questions. The questions were of a medical nature and ambulance personnel were dispatched to the scene to advise the residents.

Officers were dispatched to 98 Uinta to a report of a trespass complaint. The subject was gone on arrival and a report was written to be forwarded to the county attorney’s office.
