David L Gil, age 28, of Rock Springs was arrested on 11/16/11 at 01:55 hours on W Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Suspended and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Gil was stopped for Speeding and subsequent investigation revealed he was intoxicated, driving while his license was suspended and was in possession of prescription medication not prescribed to him.

Zachary J Brady, age 18, of Green River was cited on 11/14/11 at 12:00 hours on Hitching Post Drive for Possession of Narcotic Equipment.

Colton S Martinez , age 19, of Rock Springs, was arrested on 11/15/11 at 08:50 hours at the Green River Police Department on a warrant out of Municipal Court for contempt of court on the original charge of Underage Consumption. Martinez turned himself in to police after becoming aware of the warrant for his arrest.

Officers investigated a report of Domestic Battery on Riverview Drive when the victim reported she was assaulted by her live in boyfriend. A report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a feral cat in a residence on Ironwood Street.

Officer responded to a report of four Dogs at Large at the Recreation Center.

Officers were dispatched to a 5 day parking complaint on Wyoming Drive.

A 5 day parking complaint was taken at the Rock Butte Apartment Complex.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing a drug test on Commerce Way.

Officers responded to a Harassing Phone Call complaint on Logan Street.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel at the Convalescent Center with a female patient having trouble breathing.

Officers responded to a 911 hang up call on Colorado Drive; a juvenile accidently dialed the wrong number.

A 5 day parking complaint was taken on Elm Street.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on I-80 at mile post 91 with a male subject who was numb and disoriented.
