Officers responded to a burglar alarm at a business on Uinta. There was no apparent cause for the alarm found and the responsible parties for the business were notified.
Officers investigated a two vehicle collision at the Green River High School parking lot. A 1990 Nissan Stanza driven by a 16 year old female drove through a parking space and into the path of a 2007 Dodge Caliber driven by Lisa Rauert, 35 years old of Green River. There were no injuries to either driver, but combine damages to the two vehicles was estimated at over $1000. The 16 year old driver was issued a citation for Inattentive Driving.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel at Smith’s Grocery Store to a report of a 56 year old female who began to feel faint. The woman was transported to Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County by ambulance for treatment.
Animal Control Officers impounded two chocolate colored Labrador Retrievers on W. Teton at Pioneer Blvd. after the dogs were seen running at large.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel at a residence on Church View after a 67 year old woman fell from her bed and was disoriented. The woman was transported by ambulance to Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County for treatment.
A victim came to the police department and reported a violation of a protection order. The case was referred to the county attorney’s office.
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to a barking dog problem on Alabama Dr. The owner was contacted and warned of the complaint.
