Steven D Martinez, age 22, of Green River was arrested on 11/26/11 at 01:17 hours on Uinta Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. Martinez was stopped for a Lane Use violation and subsequent investigation showed him to be intoxicated. Martinez was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Kristy L Willis, age 33, of Green River was arrested on 11/25/11 at 21:29 hours on Wilkes Street for Driving While Intoxicated and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage crash. Officers were dispatched to a Hit and Run traffic crash at Collier Park and subsequent investigation showed Willis was intoxicated at the time of the crash. Willis was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Donald R Stephens, age 56, of Rock Springs was arrested on 11/25/11 at 20:33 hours on Uinta Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. Stephens was involved in a collision when his car side swiped a marked patrol car waiting at a traffic light. Subsequent investigation showed Stephens to be intoxicated and was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Dustin Macy, age 24, of Green River was arrested on 11/25/11 at 03:05 hours on Winter View Drive. Macy was contacted after officers observed his vehicle make several traffic violations. A driver license check showed the Macy’s driving privileges were suspended and he was taken into custody. The passengers in the Macy vehicle, David L Hewitt, age 23, of Casper Wyoming, and Dexter O Idehen, also of Casper Wyoming, were arrested for Public Intoxication.
Shaun M Barney, age 24, of Green River was arrested on 11/25/11 at 02:07 hours on Logan Street for Driving While Intoxicated. Barney was contacted after a traffic stop and it was determined he was intoxicated and he was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Dexter Greymountain, age 21, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 11/28/11 at 01:22 hours on Astle Ave. Greymountain was stopped for a registration violation and a driver’s license check showed his driving privileges to be suspended.
A report of Domestic Battery was investigated on Bramwell Street in which a girl friend and boy friend had been involved in an argument which became physical. The parties involved were already separated and staying at their respective residences. The injuries were documented and a report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.
A report of Child Abuse was investigated on Uinta Drive when a 12 year old male reported his mother had choked him. A report was taken and forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.
Officers investigated a traffic crash on Hitching Post Drive when a 15 year old male struck a pickup truck driven by Darby Poulsen. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at over $1000 each. The 15 year old was cited for Inattentive Driving.
William Cudney reported his parked pickup truck was struck by an unknown vehicle while parked at his residence parking lot on Wilkes Drive on 11/26/11. Damage was estimated at under $1000.
Carlee Strid reported a hit and run crash on Oklahoma Drive on 11/26/11 when an unknown vehicle struck her parked 2005 Nissan Maxima causing damage estimated at under $1000.
Officers investigated a report of an Auto Burglary on 11/27/11 at 14:08 hours on Hitching Post Drive when the victim advised someone entered his unlocked car and stole his wallet.
A Malicious Mischief report was taken at the Hampton Inn when the night auditor reported damaged done to a room by a client who had checked out. The damages were estimated at over $500.
A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Bramwell Street when the victim reported his son’s girlfriend broke out a window at his residence during a domestic dispute.
A Trespass warning was issued on Tennessee Drive when the owner requested his ex-wife be given a warning for being at his home.
