Trajan L McQuitty, age 20, of Green River was arrested on 12/16/11 at 02:08 hours on Crossbow Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. McQuitty’s vehicle was stopped for a registration violation and subsequent investigation showed McQuitty was intoxicated while driving a motor vehicle. McQuitty was taken into custody and a breath test showed his blood alcohol concentration was double the legal limit.
Chad Doak, age 18, of Grand Junction Colorado was arrested on 12/16/11 at 01:35 hours on Indian Hills Drive on a warrant out of Municipal Court for Failure to Pay Fines on the original charges of Public Intoxication and Underage Consumption. Doak was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a registration violation and subsequent investigation showed an active warrant for his arrest. Doak was uncooperative and he was also charged with Resisting Arrest.
Brekon Byers, age 20, and Colton Martinez age 20, both of Green River were cited for Underage Consumption of Alcohol on 12/16/11 at 00:50 hours. Both subjects were passengers in a car that was illegal parked blocking an alley behind Green River Cable TV. When officers checked on the occupants of the vehicle they found Byers and Martinez and they were both intoxicated. The driver of the vehicle was sober and she was allowed to leave with her occupants after they were cited.
Johnny C Shafe the front license plate off his 1999 Buick passenger car was stolen at an unknown time and place.
A trespass warning was issued on E Flaming Gorge Way.
A traffic cone was found on Delaware Place.
An attempted Fraud report was taken on E 2nd N when the reporting party advised a male with a Cuban accent claimed to be from a government agency and tried to secure personal information from him. The reporting party did not give out his information and hung up on the caller.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on E Flaming Gorge Way with a 50 year old female who fell and struck her head.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Trail Drive with a 74 year old male who was vomiting blood.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Nolan Street with an 8 month old child who was gagging.
