Austin J Rodgers, age 18, of Rock Springs, Jennifer N Clark, 18 years old of Rock Springs, and 17 year old male also of Rock Springs were cited for Underage Consumption and Open Container on 1/14/12 at 02:53 hours on E Teton Blvd. All three were passengers in a car that was stopped for a registration violation and subsequent investigation showed the violations for which the minors were cited.
A report of Aggravated Assault and Battery was investigated on E Railroad Ave on 1/13/12 at 17:54 hours when the victim reported he was kicked several times on the head and face by a 24 year old male. Evidence was gathered and the investigation is ongoing at this time.
A report of Battery and Trespass were taken on 1/15/12 at 16:03 hours on Conestoga Lane when the victim advised her father came to her and pushed her boyfriend and made threats towards her and her boyfriend. The father was contacted and was given a trespass warning. No signs of physical injury were reported.
Nancy Switzer reported a vehicle struck her 1999 green Ford Taurus car and left the scene without notifying her of the damage on 1/12/12 at 14:00 hours. The suspect vehicle is believed to be a white pickup truck that maybe lifted. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
Officers investigated a crash at the McDonald’s parking lot when a pickup truck driven by Jordan Mefford backed into a parked car owned by Peighton Spalding. No injuries were reported and Mefford was cited for Inattentive Driving.
A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Evans Street when the victim advised three of her vehicles had been vandalized by someone throwing eggs on them.
Officers took a report of Malicious Mischief on Iowa Circle when the victim reported someone shot their house with a paintball.
A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Cedar Street when the victim reported someone had egged his pickup truck.
A Disturbing the Peace warning was issued on W Teton Blvd when an anonymous caller reported loud music coming from an apartment. The tenant was contacted and warned to keep the music down.


A verbal domestic dispute was reported on E Railroad Street when a husband and wife were intoxicated and getting loud at a local bar.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Bolder Drive with a 73 year old female who had fallen and injured herself.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Mansface Street with a subject who was having trouble breathing.
