Amber F Carter, age 26, of Green River was arrested on 2/3/12 at 12:01 hours on Uinta Drive for No Registration, No Insurance and Fraudulent Insurance Card. Carter was stopped for a registration violation and subsequent investigation showed the insurance card violations.
Terence M McClanahan, age 51, of Green River was arrested on 2/3/12 at 14:38 hours on W Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Suspended and Driving Without an Interlock device when required. McClanahan was stopped for speeding and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated at the time of the stop, his driver’s license was suspended and he was required to have an interlock device installed in his vehicle to prevent him from driving while under the influence of alcohol. McClanahan was taken into custody and transported to jail. A breath test showed McClanahan’s blood alcohol concentration at almost double the legal limit.
Antelmo Ibarra Hernandez, age 45, of Green River was arrested on 2/3/12 at 21:42 hours on Monroe Ave for Driving While Intoxicated and No Insurance. Hernandez was stopped for failure to dim his headlights and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated at the time of the stop and had no insurance. Hernandez was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Officers investigated a report of a residential Burglary on W 3rd S when the victim advised someone stole his shop vacuum and tire chains from his shed. The victim had a suspect in mind and the investigation is ongoing at this time.
A Larceny report was reported on E 2nd N when the victim advised someone stole a tire cover from her Jeep between 1/31/12 to 2/1/12 from an unknown location. The tire cover has a picture of the cartoon character “Eugene” on it. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
A birth certificate belonging to Hans C Juels was found on E Flaming Gorge Way on 2/4/12 at 15:33 hours.
Officers investigated a traffic crash on S 4th E when a car driven by Kasey Manly struck a Jeep driven by Carl Campbell. No injuries were reported and damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each. Manly was cited for Speed Too Fast for Conditions.
Officers took a report of a fence at the parking lot at 500 Monroe Ave having been damaged by a vehicle. The driver, Dalton Brice, admitted he accidently drove through the 10” section of fence. Damage to the Brice pickup truck was estimated at under $1000 and no estimated to damage to the fence was reported.

Officers investigated a report of a Hit and Run crash on E 3rd S when Rufus Spann advised an unknown vehicle struck his green 1999 Sierra 2500 pickup truck that was parked and unoccupied and left the scene without notifying him. Damage to the Spann pickup truck was estimated at under $1000. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
Officers were dispatched to Homestead Drive regarding a report of Battery. The officers learned the incident occurred at an apartment on Idaho Street and there were four adults and one juvenile involved in the Battery. The report stated an argument at a Super Bowl party turned physical and several of the people involved received injuries. The officers documented the injuries and took statements from witnesses and the parties involved and the report has been forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.
A juvenile problem was reported on Logan Street when the several juveniles were seen in an abandoned residence.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Monroe Ave with a 22 year old female who reportedly took an unknown amount of prescription medication and was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Mansface Street with an 87 year old female who fell land was complaining of back aches.
Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing a drug test on Commerce Way.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Evers Street with a 64 year old male who was breathing but unresponsive.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on W 3rd S with a 73 year old male who suffers from congenital heart problems and needed to be transported to the hospital.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Ironwood Street with a 63 year old female who had passed out.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel with a 50 year old diabetic male on Crossbow Drive who was suffering from bouts of vomiting for several hours.
