Eloy Fierro, age 35, of Green River was arrested on 2/21/12 at 22:32 hours on Cumorah Way for Public Intoxication. A couple called the police and advised there was an intoxicated stranger in their apartment who was unintelligible. Fierro was contacted, taken into custody and transported to jail.
Officers investigated a report of a vehicle Passing a School Bus when its lights and stop sign was displayed. A suspect was interviewed and a report was forwarded to the City Prosecutor for review.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on N 5th W with a 35 year old male who fell and has a leg injury.
Officers were dispatched to 1160 W Flaming Gorge Way regarding a fight in progress; the subjects involved were contacted and there was no physical altercation between them and they did not want to file a report.
