Mary A Ceruti, age 38, of Green River was arrested on 3/13/12 at 20:49 on W Teton Blvd for Child Abuse. Officers investigated a report of a mother causing bodily injury to her child during the course of a family dispute. The County Attorney’s office was contacted and based on the officers investigation authorized the arrest of Ceruti.
Adam H Monsen, age 25, of Green River was arrested on 3/14/12 at 02:01 hours on E 2nd S. Monsen had been contacted earlier this morning, at 00:01 hours on W Flaming Gorge Way. Monsen agreed to take a taxi cab ride home at that time. The same officer later observed Monsen on E 2nd S. When contacted the second time Monsen said he had no recollection of the prior contact and was never in a cab. Officers took Monsen into custody because of his level of intoxication.
Michael f Switala, age 42, of Green River, was arrested on 3/13/12 at 23:52 hours on W Flaming Gorge Way for Public Intoxication. Officers were dispatched to the Super Motel regarding an intoxicated individual the management wanted removed from their property. Switala was in a cab and the driver advised he had driven Switala around for 45 minutes trying to get him a room with no luck. The driver was frustrated with Switala and no motel would rent him a room. Officers took Switala into custody because of his level of intoxication and transported him to jail.
A report of Attempted Fraud was taken on E Flaming Gorge Way when the victim reported she received a phone call from a male identifying himself as representing cash Advance America and wanting her to pay $300 he alleged she owed. The caller said the Police were notified and would be on their way if she did not pay what he said she owed. The victim told the caller she would contact police and hung up.
A juvenile problem was reported on Monroe Ave when a juvenile did not return home after school; the child returned home at 20:20 hours.
