Zachary Musbach, age 24, of Green River was arrested on 3/25/12 at 18:44 hours on Jefferson Street on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Failure to Appear/ Failure to Pay Fines on the original charge of Battery. Musbach was stopped for a registration violation and a driver’s license check showed the outstanding arrest warrant. Musbach was taken into custody and transported to jail without incident.
Anthony D Padilla, age 27, of Green River, was cited for Driving While Suspended on 3/25/12 at 18:50 hours on Jefferson Street. Padilla was stopped for a registration violation and a driver’s license check showed his license was suspended.
William R Clark, age 41, of Green River was arrested on 3/24/12 at 20:55 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way on a warrant out of Sublette County for Aiding and Abetting Aggravated Assault and Battery. Clark was a passenger in a vehicle on a traffic stop and a records check showed the outstanding arrest warrant for Clark. He was taken into custody and transported to jail without incident. Clark also had warrants out of Sweetwater County for Failure to Pay Fines on the original charges of Battery, Driving While Suspended and Breach of Peace.
A Harassment report was taken on Monroe Ave between juveniles at Monroe School.
Officers investigated a crash at the Bridger Loaf and Jug parking lot when a car driven by Brook Perry struck a parked pickup truck owned by Thomas Price. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at over $1000 each and no injuries were reported.
A Hit and Run crash was reported by Matthew Coates of Rock Springs when an unknown vehicle struck the left rear bumper of his 2010 blue Nissan Altima causing under $1000 in damages. Coates believes the crash may have occurred 3/21/12 and 3/22/12 in the Mansface Plaza parking lot. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
Officers investigated a report of Malicious Mischief at the Red Feather Bar when a patron threw a glass mug and damaged a window. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
A verbal Domestic Dispute was reported on Wilkes Drive when a boy friend and girl friend argued over the male’s drinking alcoholic beverages.
A juvenile problem was reported of Iowa Circle.
A 16 year old male was taken into custody on Uinta Drive for a Curfew Violation at 04:38 hours; he was released to a parent.
A Trespass warning was issued on Hitching Post Drive when the victim’s received threats from a third party. The suspect was contacted by phone and issued the trespass warning.
A verbal domestic dispute was reported on E 4th S when a boyfriend and girlfriend were arguing of the use of a cell phone.
Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing client’s drug tests on Commerce Way.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on W Railroad Street with a 70 year old male having difficulty breathing.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Cumorah Way with a 24 year old male suffering from a diabetic seizure.
