Zachary C Robinson, age 33, of Reliance Wyoming, was arrested on 4/11/12 at 09:04 hours on E 4th S for Driving While Suspended and Possession of Marijuana. Robinson was observed talking on his cell phone while driving. Officers stopped Robinson for the violation and a driver’s license check showed Robinson’s license to be suspended. Subsequent investigation showed Robinson to be in possession of a homemade pipe used to smoke marijuana and residue in the pipe was field tested and it showed presumptive positive for marijuana.
Casey Greene, age 35, of Rock Springs was arrested on 4/11/12 at 15:21 hours on Iowa Circle on a warrant out of Municipal Court for Contempt of Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Dog at Large. Greene was located at his residence in Rock Springs and with the assistance of Rock Springs officers he was taken into custody and transported to jail. At the jail Greene was met by Animal Control Officers from the Green River Police Department and was issued an additional seven citations for violations of city ordinances regarding animals in his possession.
Officers received a report of Disturbing the Peace on Uinta Drive when a female advised police while fueling her vehicle at the Uinta Loaf and Jug, two male subjects were yelling and cussing which offended her. The male subjects were contacted and identified and a report was forwarded to the city attorney for review.
Officers took a Harassment report on Keith Drive when the victim advised she has been receiving threatening cell phone text messages from her sister. The report was for documentation at this time and the victim did not wish to press charges. The victim asked for extra patrol in her neighborhood.
A Harassment report was taken on Schultz Street when the victim advised he received threatening text messages from his ex-wife’s boyfriend. The victim wanted the calls documented and asked for extra patrol in his neighborhood.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Washington Street with a 53 year old male who had passed out in his home.
A Fraud report was taken on Uinta Drive and is currently under investigation.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Apache Drive with a female having chest pains and feeling clammy.
Officers were dispatched to a local business on Uinta Drive regarding a suspicious female. The subject was contacted and given a ride home.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Easy Street with a 57 year old male who is suffering from dehydration and is disoriented.
Officers responded to a report of a juvenile problem on Uinta Drive regarding three juveniles climbing on the motorcycle statue located there; the juveniles were gone when officers arrived.
Animal Control Officer took a report of a missing grey and white cat on who answers to the name of Domino on Homestead Drive.
A parking complaint was taken on Schultz Street when the owner parked his vehicle illegally and has not moved it since. Officers attempted to locate the owner.
Officers responded to a Disturbing the Peace complaint on Wilkes Drive regarding a vehicle parked in the parking lot playing loud music; the vehicle was gone when officers arrived.
