Eloy Fierro-Ornelas, age 35, of Green River was arrested on 5/22/12 at 05:32 am on E 2nd N for Public Intoxication. Fierro-Ornelas was found asleep at the entrance to an apartment building on E 2nd N. Officers determined Fierro-Ornelas was disoriented and confused because of his level of intoxication and took him into custody and transported him to jail.
Hillary Bramwell, age 55, of Green River was cited for Shoplifting on 5/21/12 at 8pm at Ace Hardware. Officers were dispatched to Ace Hardware regarding a shoplifter; subsequent investigation showed Bramwell stole two items from the store and left without paying.
Officers investigated a crash on N 1st E when truck driven by Andrew Holcomb backed into the side of a building owned by the City of Green River. Minor damage was reported to the vehicle and building and no injuries were reported.
Officers investigated a Malicious Mischief report of Bridger Drive when the manager of an apartment complex advised three coin operated washing machines and a cable box were damaged by unknown persons. The damage was estimated at over $200. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
A Nuisance Animal complaint was taken on E Teton Blvd on 5/21/12 at 10:43 pm. The victim and the dog owner were contacted and a report was forwarded to the City Prosecutor for review.
Officers responded to a report of suspicious circumstances on Bridger Drive on 5/22/12 at 02:02 am when the door of a vehicle was found opened. The registered owner was contacted and nothing appeared to be missing.
Officers responded to a report of a verbal domestic dispute on Wilkes Drive on 5/21/12 at 10:29 pm. The female half left prior to police arrival to cool down and returned shortly thereafter. No signs of a physical altercation.
