Ray Wolfley, age 25, of Green River was arrested on 5/23/12 at 10:39 hours on Wilkes Drive on a warrant out of Hot Springs County for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving While Suspended.

A report of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses was taken on Florida Drive when the victim reported he paid for two motorcycles from a local business and have not received the property. The merchant has since gone out of business and left the area. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

A traffic crash was investigated at the GRHS parking lot when a car driven by a 17 year old male struck a vehicle driven by Amber Johnson. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at over $1000 each and no injuries were reported. The 17 year old was cited for Inattentive Driving.

A report of a Vicious Animals was investigated on Vermont Court; the victim reported she and her daughter were charged by two dogs. The dogs’ owner was contacted and contested the allegation made by the victim. A report was forwarded to the City Prosecutor for review.

A Threats report was taken on E Flaming Gorge Way when the victim advised she received a threatening message by a former client.

A ring was found in the Maverick Store parking lot and turned in to the police.
