Chad A Dockter, age 26, of Green River, was cited for Possession of Marijuana on 6/3/12 at 03:12 am on Hitching Post Drive. Officers stopped Dockter for no tail lights on the car he was driving and subsequent investigation showed there was a small amount of marijuana in the car.
Randall W Lampman, age 49, of Tokeland Washington, was arrested on 6/2/12 at 10:52 pm in the alley between the Ponderosa Bar and the Embassy Bar for Driving While Intoxicated. Officers investigated a pickup truck on W Flaming Gorge Way and North Center Street without tail lights. Lampman’s truck was finally stopped in the alley and subsequent investigation showed Lampman to be intoxicated. Lampman was taken into custody and transported to jail where a breath test showed his blood alcohol concentration was over the legal limit.
Officers investigated a report of an Aggravated Domestic Assault and a Larceny on Upland Way when the victim advised she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend. The victim stated he knocked her down and strangled her. The victim stated he also stole her cell phone. The victim’s injuries were documented and suspect could not be found. A report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.
Officers took a Larceny report at Monroe Middle School when the father of the victim reported his daughter’s electric scooter was stolen from the bike rack at the school. The scooter was valued at over $200. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
A report of an attempted Fraud was taken on Bradner Circle when the victim reported she received a phone call from a male advising he is her grandson and is stuck in Guatemala and needed $4600 to return home. The victim attempted to send the money requested twice but the fraud center for Western Union cancelled the transactions both times advising the victim it was a fraud. When her grandson was contacted he advised he was headed home from work and was nowhere near Guatemala.
Officers took a report of Malicious Mischief on Bridger Drive when the victim advised someone had damaged the front windshield and broke out the rear window of his blue 1984 Chevrolet pickup truck. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
A report of Malicious Mischief was taken on Wilson Street when the victim’s daughter in law advised someone broke out a window of a door at the victim’s residence. Officers checked the area and were unable to develop a suspect.
A report of accidental damage was taken on Monroe Ave when the damaged awning on a camp trailer being pulled by a pickup truck struck a mirror on a parked pickup truck damaging the driver’s mirror on the parked truck. The owner’s of both vehicles were contacted and their information were exchanged.
Officers investigated a crash on Pawnee Circle when a vehicle driven by Dora Preble backed into a mail box, then a parked car and then continued into a set of concrete steps at 125 Pawnee Circle. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at over $1000 each and no injuries were reported.
Officers investigated a crash at the Maverick Store parking lot when a vehicle driven by Leroy Massey backed into a pickup truck driven by Franklin Barker. Damage to the Barker truck was estimated at over $1000 and under $1000 to the Massey vehicle. No injuries were reported.
A Hit and Run crash was reported at the GRHS on 6/2/12 when a parked black Dodge pickup truck owned by Joseph Palinek was struck by an unknown vehicle. Damage to the Palinek pickup was estimated at under $1000. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
Officers investigated a report of Domestic Battery on Monroe Ave when the victim advised he was attacked by his ex-girlfriend. The victim’s injuries were documented and the suspect could not be located at this time. A report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.
A report of gunshots being fired in the area of Hitching Post Drive was taken on 6/3/12 at 03:09 hours. A source for the noise was not located.
A trespass warning was issued on Schultz Street to an individual for a residence on N 3rd S at the request of the home owner.
A Malicious Mischief report was taken at Stratton Meyer Park concession stand when the reporting party advised someone damaged the door handle to the concession stand. No entry was made and nothing was missing from the concession stand. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
A felony Larceny report was taken on S 7th W when the victim advised renters of her home stole numerous personal items from the residence while they were renting the house. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

A report of a gas drive off was taken on E Flaming Gorge Way: the vehicle owner was contacted and returned to pay for the gas.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Schultz Street with a report of a male with a nose bleed.
Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a squirrel in a trap on Bridger Drive; the squirrel was relocated and released.
Animal Control officers responded to a report of a dog at large on E Flaming Gorge Way; one dog was impounded.
Animal Control Officers responded to a contained cat complaint on Clark Street. The cat was impounded and taken to the ACO shelter.
