Officers investigated a Hit and Run crash on Schultz Street when a car driven by Matthew Zupence backed into a parked pickup truck owned by Dana Troncin and left the scene without informing Troncin. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each and no injuries were reported. Zupence was cited for Hit and Run and No Insurance.

Officers investigated a report of a Burglary on Wilkes Drive when the victim advised someone entered her apartment and stole prescription medications. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

Animal Control Officers investigated a report of a cat bite on W Flaming Gorge Way when the owner of the cat advised he was bitten and scratched by his cat and the wound became infected. He could not provide a current shot record for his cat and it was quarantined at the animal control shelter for 10 days.

A Nuisance Property complaint was investigated a in the alley behind the Uinta Loaf and Jug regarding junk vehicle being stored at that location. The business owner could not be contacted at this time and a notice of abatement was left at the business.

A report of Unlawful Use of a Credit Card was taken on at US Bank when the victim advised someone withdrew $300 from his account without his permission. The victim stated he lent his debit card to his brother but was sure he returned the card to him. The victim stated he looked in his wallet and was unable to locate his card. Detectives were assigned to follow up on the case.

Officers took a complaint of an attempted fraud on Bridger Drive when the victim advised she received a phone call from male advising he was going to issue her new medical cards and had to confirm her personal information. The victim stated she hung up when he asked for the information. When officers checked her caller ID they found the call originated in Georgia.

A trespass warning was issued on Uinta Drive at the request of the business manager for a male they wished to be removed from the business. The male was contacted and given the trespass warning.

Officers investigated a crash at the McDonald’s parking lot when a car driven by Kristen Ramirez struck a car driven by Joyce Bohm. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each and no injuries were reported.

Animal Control Officers investigated a report of a dog bite on E Teton Blvd when the owner of a Pug puppy bit the ear of the owner’s daughter. The owner did not have current vaccination record and the dog will be quarantined for ten days.

Officers issued a trespass warning on Cumorah Way at the request of the victim when he advised a female was hanging around his girlfriend’s car. The suspect was not contacted at the time.

Officers took a complaint of threatening text messages on Windriver Drive when the victim advised his ex-roommate was threatening him over money being owned to him. The suspect was contacted and given a warning.

A trespass warning was issued on N 5th W when the victim advised she gave her renters an eviction notice and the male renter approached her in what she felt was a threatening manner. The suspect was contacted and he was given the requested trespass warning.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Wilderness Trail when the victim advised the windows of his camp trailer were broken out while it was parked in the RV storage at Pioneer Park.

A Dog Bite report was taken on Upland Way when the victim advised she was bitten by a white poodle while walking on Upland Way. The dog’s owner could not be contacted at the time of the report and the investigation was forwarded to Animal Control Officers for follow up on this case.

Officers responded to a residence on Colorado Drive regarding a prowler. Officers searched the area and no suspect was contacted.

Animal Control Officers responded to Hitching Post Drive for animal carcass removal.

Officers responded to a report of an Auto Burglary on Monroe Ave; the report was later unfounded when the victim found her purse in her bedroom.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Mansface Street with a possible heart attack victim.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Bridger Drive with a 42 year old male who was possibly having a heart attack.

A bicycle was found on S 2nd E and turned into the police department.

Officers responded to a complaint of a barking dog on Cumorah Way; the owner was contacted and warned.

Animal Control Officers responded to dogs at large complaint on Aspen Way; the dogs were contained in the owner’s yard and a note was left at the residence regarding the complaint.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Wilderness Trail with a 42 year old female having trouble breathing.

Officers were dispatched to Evers Park regarding a male subject in the woman’s restroom. Officers contacted the suspect and he advised he made a mistake and he thought he was in the men’s room. Suspect was warned of the complaint.

Animal Control Officers took a complaint of a dog at large on Colorado Drive; the owner was located and warned.

Brianne Bauer, age 26 of Green River was cited for Use of Fireworks on 7/1/12 at 8:40 pm on Wilkes Drive. Officers responded to a complaint of use of fireworks and after subsequent investigation Bauer admitted to setting off the fireworks.

Officers responded to a third party report of a domestic dispute on Bridger Drive; the parties were contacted and they advised they were just playing around. They were warned for disturbing the peace.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a cat in a trap on E Teton Blvd; the cat was impounded.
