Officers investigated a report of Criminal Entry on Uinta Drive when the owner of a business reported several incidents where her business was entered and miscellaneous items of no value were taken.
A report of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses was taken on E 2nd N when the victim advised he took his Suzuki motorcycle in to ATV Motor Sports approximately 18 months ago and the business has since gone out of business and his motorcycle has not been returned to him.
A Careless Driving report was taken on Barnhart Street when the victim advised a woman driving a silver Ford Expedition ran her off the road on the Scotts Bottom Road.
Officers investigated a report of a Domestic Battery on Wilson Street when the female half advised she was struck on the face by her husband. The husband was reportedly at their son’s residence and when interviewed he advised he was assaulted by his wife. Officers documented the injuries and a report was forwarded to the County Attorney office for review.
Officers investigated a report of a Domestic Battery on Scotts Bottom Road when the victim advised he was pushed by his son. The son could not be located for a statement and the investigation is ongoing.
Officers took a complaint of Malicious Mischief on Bridger Drive when the victim advised her car was damaged by juveniles throwing rock while she was parked at Zehawi Field. The victim said she did not know the identity of the kids as she was informed of the damage by a third party at Zehawi Field.
A 16 year old male and a 17 year old female were cited for Curfew violation on 8/10/12 at 02:23 am on Bridger Drive. The juveniles were later released to their respective guardians.
Accidental damage was reported on Doe Drive when a lawn mower operated by city employees kicked up stones that damaged vinyl fences that were privately owned. The owner’s were informed of the damages.
