Bethany N Wimmer, age 20, of Green River was cited for Underage Consumption of Alcohol on 9/5/12 at 12:15 am on W 2nd N. Wimmer and another female were observed by an officer walking in a disoriented manner. Wimmer was found to be under the influence of alcohol and she was cited and released.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Colorado Drive when the victim advised someone destroyed her mailbox. She advised her loss was about $50.

Parks and Recreation personnel reported damage to a light fixture at the A frame building at Stratton Meyer Park. The damage is believed to be an act of vandalism and the loss was estimated at $100.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Jefferson Street when the owner of a white Jeep reported someone broke out the windshield on his vehicle. Damage was estimated at over $500. Anyone with information regarding the incidents above, please contact the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers were dispatched to a Disturbing the Peace complaint on Shoshone Ave on 9/5/12 at 03:09 hours. Officers made contact with the suspect and advised her of the complaint, gave her a verbal warning and had her turn her TV down.

Officers issued a verbal warning for Disturbing the Peace on Crossbow Drive at 10:22 pm. The suspect was contacted for loud music and advised of the complaint.

Two saddles and some tack were found at the Municipal Rodeo grounds and turned over to the Police Dept.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing client’s drug tests on Commerce Way.

A tandem bicycle was found and turned over to the Police Dept.

A motorized scooter was found on the Green Belt and turned over to the Police Dept.

A brindled colored Pit Bull dog was at large on Monroe Street and officers impounded the dog and placed it in the shelter.

Officers responded to a barking dog complaint on Anvil Drive; the owner was contacted and warned.
