Ethan J Munk, age 26, of Green River was arrested on 9/6/12 at 02:44 am on Montana Way for Driving While Intoxicated. Munk was contacted at Edgewater Park parking lot and subsequent investigation showed him to be too intoxicated to drive a motor vehicle. Munk was taken into custody and transported to jail where a breath test showed his blood alcohol concentration at over double the legal limit.

Julie Ann Carroll, age 53, of Green River was arrested on 9/5/12 at 09:22 pm on S 7th W on an Arrest and Hold Order from Probation and Parole for a Parole Violation. Carroll was taken into custody at the request of her probation after a home visit showed she was in violation of her probation for consuming alcohol.

Officers investigated a report of a violation of a Protection Order on Hitching Post Drive when the victim advised her husband had violated a Family Violence Protection Order. The husband was not contacted at this time and a report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

Officers investigated a crash on W Teton Blvd when a vehicle driven by Ralph Neil backed into a pickup truck driven by Sabrina Casper. Damage to the vehicle driven by Neil was estimated at over $1000 and under $1000 to the Casper pickup truck. No injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a report of an attempted Fraud on Grant Circle when the victim advised he received a phone call from a male purporting himself to be the victim’s grandson. The caller advised he was Mexico City and needed financial help. The victim remembered reading about such scams in the newspaper and began asking the caller questions. The caller became frustrated and hung up. No money was sent and no personal information was gained.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of an animal carcass on Hitching Post Drive.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Bridger Drive with a male subject reportedly having a seizure.
