Corey Wold, age 48, of Green River was arrested on 9/16/12 at 07:01 pm on S 4th W for Domestic Battery. Officers responded to a report of an abandoned 911 call. Subsequent investigation determined Wold had assaulted his girlfriend and he was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Leonard Sanchez, age 46, of Green River was arrested on 9/16/12 at 01:59 am on Blake Street at S 6th W for Driving While Intoxicated. Sanchez was stopped for a lane use violation and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated at the time of the stop. Sanchez was taken into custody and transported to jail where a breath test showed his blood alcohol level was over the legal limit.
Walter J Begay, age 52, of Green River was arrested on 9/15/12 at 11:02 pm on Riverview Drive for Domestic Battery, Aggravated Assault and Battery and for warrant out of Albany County for Failure to Appear on the original charges of Driving While Suspended. Officers responded to a disturbance call and learned that Begay had punched his girlfriend and threw a car battery at her. Officers later learned of the Albany County warrant.
Brian E Olson, age 40, of Manila Utah was arrested on 9/15/12 at 5:10 pm on Bridger Drive for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. Officers were dispatched to a minor traffic accident at the Smith’s Store parking lot. Subsequent investigation determined Olson was under the influence of prescription medication that made incapable of driving safely.
Alexander S Thornock, age 18, of Green River was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol on 9/15/12 at 01:00 hours on W Teton Blvd and Shoshone. Thornock was a passenger in a car that stopped for a traffic violation. Further investigation showed Thornock to have consumed alcohol he was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a verbal disturbance on Cumorah Way. Officers learned there had been a verbal domestic dispute between ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend and the male half had left the area. There were no injuries or signs of a physical altercation.
An Auto Burglary report was investigated on Crossbow Drive when the victim advised someone entered her unlocked car and stole items from within. The victim stated there was also damage to hood of her car. The victim estimated her loss at over $500.
Officers investigated a crash in the alley at W 2nd N when a vehicle owned by Matthew Rauch was left out of gear with no emergency brake engaged, rolled into a parked camper and four wheeler owned by Josh Moody. No injuries were reported and damages to the Rauch vehicle was estimated at under $1000. Damage to the Moody’s camp trailer was listed as totaled.
Officers assisted the Department of Family Services with a welfare check on Riverview Drive; the report showed the children at the residence were fine and not neglected.
A maroon Mazda car with no registration was towed from Crossbow Drive on 9/14/12 at 8:30 am.
A Harassing Telephone Call report was taken on Clark Street.
Animal Control Officers impounded a brown and white Sheppard mix on Trail Drive for being at large.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Colorado Drive with a 90 year old female suffering from symptoms of pneumonia.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Mansface Street with a 74 year old female having difficulty breathing.
Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a dog at large on Logan Street; the dog was returned to the owner with a warning.
Officers responded to a barking dog complaint on Pennsylvania Ave; the owner was not contacted and a warning was left at the residence.
Parking complaints were taken on W Flaming Gorge Way; the vehicles owners were contacted and the vehicles were moved.
Officers assisted Sheriff’s Deputies with a report of a Prowler on Wilson Street in Jamestown.
Vehicle owners were cited for Illegal Parking on N Center Street.
Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a skunk in a trap on E Teton Blvd.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Uinta Drive with a child who was struck by a bicycle and was injured.
Officers responded to a parking complaint on Wilson Street; the owner was contacted and the vehicle was moved.
Animal Control Officers responded to an animal carcass call on W 2nd S; the carcass was removed.
A black Labrador retriever reported to be at large was impounded on Oklahoma Drive.
Two dogs running at large were impounded on N 5th W.
