Nathan R Muniz, age 33, of Green River was arrested on 9/26/12 at 12:25 am on Monroe Ave on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Improper Registration. Muniz was stopped for a speeding violation and a driver’s license check showed an outstanding arrest warrant for Muniz.
Tyler J Wilcox, age 27, of Green River was arrested on 9/25/12 at 09:13 pm on E Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Suspended. Wilcox was stopped for an equipment violation and a driver’s license check showed his license to be suspended.
David M Baker, age 25, of Green River was arrested on 9/25/12 at 10:31 pm on Adams Street for Domestic Battery. Baker was involved in a verbal dispute with his father that became physical. Subsequent investigation showed Baker was the aggressor and he was taken into custody and transported to jail.
A Shoplifting report was taken on Uinta Drive when a suspect entered a local business and stole items from the store. A video of the theft was collected as evidence and the investigation is ongoing.
Accidental damage was reported on Alabama Drive when the victim reported her neighbor backed his flatbed trailer into her fence causing minor damage to the fence.
Officers investigated a crash on Hitching Post Drive when a car driven by a 17 year old male struck the rear of a struck the rear of a car driven by a 17year old male. Damage to both cars was estimated at over $1000 each and no injuries were reported. The first juvenile was cited for Careless Driving.
Officers issued warnings to the occupants of a vehicle that was parked on Expedition Island after hours.
Officers assisted Sheriff Officers with locating a vehicle which was reportedly involved in abduction which supposedly occurred in Rock Springs.
Officers located a reported large dog at large on N 5th W and returned the dog to the owner.
Animal Control Officers contained and impounded two feral cats on Keith Drive.
Two dogs reported to be at large were located and returned to the owner.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Schultz Street with a 70 year old female who was suffering from stroke symptoms.
Animal Control Officers responded to an animal complaint on Bridger Drive; the reporting party was advised no laws were broken and the complaint was unfounded.
Animal Control Officers responded to a barking dog complaint on Sunset Street; the dog’s owners were contacted and advised of the complaint.
Officers took a parking complaint on E Flaming Gorge Way; the vehicle owner was cited for the violation.
