Karin E Yoak, age 51, of Green River was arrested on 9/27/12 at 11:36 pm on Uinta Drive at E 2nd S for Driving While Intoxicated. Yoak’s vehicle was stopped for a lane use violation and subsequent investigation showed she was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Karen Marty reported a Hit and Run crash on E Flaming Gorge Way when an unknown vehicle struck a fence at 20 E Flaming Gorge Way. The amount of damage to the fence was undetermined at the time of the report. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers investigated a Hit and Run crash at the parking lot for Rose Floral when an unknown vehicle struck a chain link fence damaging 14’ of fence and 4 fence posts. The damage was estimated at $700. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers took a crash report that occurred in the parking lot behind Don Pedro’s restaurant when a truck driven by Christopher Brown of Logan Utah , struck a parked car owned by April Stephens. Damage to the Stephens car was estimated at over $1000 and no damage to the truck driven by Brown.

Officers assisted Sheriff Office Deputies with a warrant arrest on E 2nd S.

Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Birch Street for the removal of an animal carcass.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Cumorah Way; the incident was verbal only and no signs of physical violence were reported.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a badger in the Child Development Center’s parking lot.

Officers responded to a report of a dog at large on Monroe Street; the dog was returned to the owner and he was warned of the complaint.
