Dallas R Radke, age 31, of Green River was cited on 9/28/12 at 08:55 hours on N 7th W for Driving While Suspended. Radke was stopped for a tail light violation and a driver’s license check showed Radke’s license to be suspended.

Salvatore Macri, age 73 of Manila Utah was arrested for Public Intoxication on 9/30/12 at 03:06 am on E Flaming Gorge Way. Officers received a REDDI report and the vehicle was located parked at the E Flaming Gorge Loaf and Jug. The owner Macri was contacted and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated. Macri was taken into custody and transported to jail. A breath test showed his blood alcohol concentration at over double the legal limit.

Damian Wood, age 21 of Green River was arrested on 9/30/12 at 02:19 am on Uinta Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. Woods vehicle was reported as a REDDI vehicle and he was stopped for a lane use violation. Subsequent investigation showed Wood was intoxicated at the time of the stop and he was taken into custody and transported to jail. A breath test showed his blood alcohol concentration at over double the legal limit.

Michael J Thornton, age 35, of Green River was arrested on 9/29/12 at 6:28 pm on W Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Suspended. Thornton was stopped for a speeding violation and a driver’s license check showed his license to be suspended. Thornton also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of Circuit Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Unnumbered Motorboat.

Officers investigated a crash on Idaho Street when a pickup truck driven by a 16 year old female struck a parked camper trailer. No Injuries were reported and damage to the pickup truck was estimated at over $1000 and under $1000 to the camper. The juvenile was cited for Inattentive Driving.

Officers investigated a crash on Apache Street when a Dodge Ram driven by Tara Durga struck a parked car owned by Robert Meyer. No injuries were reported and damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each.

Tammy Cooley reported a Hit and Run crash on Riverview Drive when an unknown vehicle struck her parked Toyota Tundra pickup truck causing damages estimated at under $1000. Evidence at the scene suggested a white vehicle was involved. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers took a report of a Vehicle Passing a School Bus on Hitching Post Drive when a young male driving a Jeep Wrangler passed the bus which was stopped and had its stop sign out and lights flashing. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers took a report of a dog bite when Memorial Hospital reported a female was treated for a dog bite. The victim was contacted and she refused to file a complaint.

A welfare check was initiated near S 4th W when a third party called in a suicidal subject. The male was contacted and he was taken to the Police Department at his request to talk. He refused to talk with a counselor and later was given a ride home.

A Shoplifting report was taken on Bridger Drive when a male subject entered a business and stole more than $1000 in merchandise. The incident is under investigation.

Officers took a report of lost property on Hitching Post Drive when a subject reported he left his Smith and Wesson 357 revolver at the range. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Disturbing the Peace complaint was taken on Crossbow Drive when an anonymous party advised there was some kind of disturbance going on that sounded like a fight. Officers investigation showed two males and a female were involved. A report was forwarded to the City Attorney’s office for review.

Officers responded to an alarm on E Flaming Gorge Way; the building was checked an all appeared to be secure.

Officers assisted Department of Family Service’s personnel with a welfare check on Monroe Street. The report was unfounded.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a dog at large on Knotty Pine Street; a Golden Retriever was impounded.

Officers assisted a citizen on Colorado Drive with an 84 year old male who need help getting into his bed.

Officers assisted Game and Fish personnel with a moose on the loose in the city.

Officers assisted Utah authorities with the attempt to locate a juvenile runaway.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a dog at large on Knotty Pine Street; the dog was located and returned to the owner.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a bat on the sidewalk on Center Street; the bat was impounded and disposed.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Kentucky Street with a 46 year old male suffering from a seizure.

Officers responded to a 911 hang up call on Uinta Drive. The victim was uncooperative and the male subject was gone when police arrived.

Officers responded to a report of suspicious persons on W Flaming Gorge Way; a male and a female were checked and cleared.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on W Flaming Gorge Way with a male who was suffering from symptoms of diabetic shock.

Officers issued a warning for Disturbing the Peace on Shoshone Ave regarding loud party; the subject was contacted and advised.
