Christopher R Gold, age 49, of Rock Springs was arrested on 10/3/12 at 12:42 pm on Monroe Ave for Driving While Suspended, Improper Registration and No Insurance. Gold was stopped for the registration violation and a driver’s license check showed he was suspended. Gold was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Officers investigated a report of Fraud by Check on Uinta Drive when an employee discovered the suspect paid a bill with a check on a closed account. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers took a Larceny report on E Rail Road Street when the owner of a business reported an employee took a bank deposit bag containing the businesses money. The investigation is ongoing.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on N 1st E when the victim reported someone had “keyed” her parked 2011 Chevrolet Sierra pickup truck.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on E Flaming Gorge Way with a 21 year old female who was very intoxicated.

Officers initiated a welfare check on Log Cabin Lane with an employee who failed to show for work; the employee was ill and failed to call.

Officers responded to a parking complaint on Riverview Drive regarding a boat trailer. The owner was contacted and the trailer was moved.

A blue pickup truck was tagged for a Five Day Parking violation on Juniper Street.

A maroon Chrysler car was tagged for a Five Day Parking violation on W Teton Blvd.

A Dog Bite report was taken on E Flaming Gorge Way; the animal was current on its shots.

Officers responded to a report of a gas leak in Telephone Canyon. Questar Gas Company was contacted and advised they were bleeding off the line.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a cat in a trap on W 2nd N; the animal was impounded.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on E Teton Blvd with an 85 year old female who was incoherent and unresponsive.

Officers responded to a report of a dog at large at the UPRR depot. The dog was located and impounded.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Colorado Drive with an 80 year old male who was reportedly ill.
