Altie K Drashner, age 36, of Cripple Creek Colorado was arrested on 10/8/12 at 8:15 pm on E Railroad Ave for Public Intoxication. Officers were dispatched to the UPRR Depot regarding a male trying to instigate a fight with railroad employees. Officers located Drashner and during questioning Drashner admitted to drinking alcohol and causing a disturbance at the railroad depot. Drashner was obviously intoxicated and he was taken into custody.

Officers investigated a crash on Monroe Ave when a vehicle driven by a 16 year old male backed into a Jeep driven by Beth Miller. No injuries were reported and the damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each.

Officers took a Fraud report on Hitching Post Drive when the victim advised he found two charges on his debit card that were unauthorized.

Officers took a report of an Attempted Fraud on Shoshone Ave when the victim advised he received a call from a male identifying himself as a Mr. Brown with the FBI. Mr. Brown told the victim he would deliver 2.5 million dollars to the victim and the victim would have to give Mr. Brown $500 cash. No money changed hands. The Green River Police Department would like to remind citizens there are many frauds being tried and no government agency is going to contact you deliver money to you.

Officers took a report of Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card on Shoshone Ave when the victim advised she noticed fraudulent charges on her credit card. The incident is under investigation.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Cedar Street with a 59 year old female who had fallen and injured her head.

Officers were dispatched to the alley behind the apartments on S Wagonwheel Drive for a prowler report; the area was checked and no suspects were located.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on N 8th W with a nine year old female having seizures.

Officers took a Larceny report on Bridger Drive when a customer reported she left her purse in a shopping cart. A store employee found the purse and it was returned to the owner.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on E 3rd N with a 7 year old male who had fallen and possibly suffered a broken leg.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing a client’s drug test on Commerce Way.

Officers initiated a welfare check on Bridger Drive regarding a 2 year old child being left unattended. The parent was contacted and warned of the complaint.

Officers responded to a complaint of a barking dog on S Wagonwheel Drive; the owner was contacted and warned of the complaint.
