Michael F J Switala, age 43, of Green River was arrested on10/28/12 at 5:15 pm on Anvil Drive for Public Intoxication. Officers were dispatched to a request for a subject removal on Anvil Drive. Officers contacted Switala and determined he was intoxicated. Switala was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Jessica T Ronnfeldt, age 26, of Green River was arrested on 10/28/12 at 12:57 pm on E 4th S for Driving While Suspended. Ronnfeldt was stopped for a cell phone violation and a driver’s license check showed her license to be suspended.
Sharayah L Forton, age 23, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 10/26/12 at 7:53 pm on N 7th W. Forton was stopped for a speeding violation and a driver’s license check showed her license to be suspended.
Jeffrey S Stout, age 25 of Green River was cited for Shoplifting on 10/27/12 at 3:20 pm on Uinta Drive. Officers were dispatched to Ace Hardware regarding a shoplifter. Stout was contacted and he admitted to stealing some items from the store. Stout was cited for the violation and given a trespass warning for the store.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a fight on E Rail Road Street. Upon arrival officers spoke with two males and two females who were assaulted by two men. The suspects were gone when police arrived, and the investigation is ongoing at this time.
Officers investigated a report of Criminal Entry on Wilderness Trail when the victim advised someone entered her vehicle and damaged the rear hatch. The victim stated nothing was taken and a canvass of the neighborhood revealed no information.
Officers took a report of a Hit and Run crash at the Super 8 Motel parking lot when the victim advised someone struck a fence and left the scene. Damage to the fence was undetermined at the time of the report.
A runaway report was taken on Bridger Drive when the mother of a 16 year old male advised her son has not returned home in two days. The juvenile’s information was entered into a police data bank and the mother signed a report giving officers authorization to hold the juvenile when he is located.
Officers assisted a male subject who is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease on E 4th S.
Lindsey A Webster reported she lost her purse and its contents on 10/28/12 in Green River. Anyone with information please contact the GRPD at 872-0555.
A Border Collie was reported at large on Logan Street; Animal Control Officers located the dog and impounded the dog.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Hackberry Street with an 88 year old male who had fallen and injured himself.
Officers responded to suspicious person report on Hackberry Street when the reporting party advised he witnessed a male wearing dark clothing in the area on foot and discovered the interior light on his vehicle was on. The reporting party advised nothing was missing from his vehicle and officers checking the area found no other vehicles disturbed or a suspect.
Animal Control Officers responded to a dog at large complaint on Upland Way. A golden Lab was impounded.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Bridger Drive with a 43 year old male suffering from symptoms of a heart attack.
