Jessica Dorsey, age 34, of Green River was arrested on 11/16/12 at 1:04 pm on S 1st W on a warrant out of District Court for Larceny. Officers contacted Dorsey at her residence and she was taken into custody and transported to jail without incident.

Matthew R Toland, age 36 of Green River was arrested on 11/16/12 at 10:48 am on Wilkes Drive on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Failure to Pay Fines on the original charge of Driving While Intoxicated. Toland was contacted at his residence, taken into custody and transported to jail without incident.

Seth R Prime, age 25, of Green River was arrested on 11/18/12 at 04:01 am on Uinta Drive for Public Intoxication. Officers were dispatched to the Maverick Store regarding a disturbance outside the store. Prime was question by police and during the course of the investigation it was determined he was intoxicated. Prime was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Officers were dispatched to California Drive regarding a Domestic Dispute. The parties involved are husband and wife and both were intoxicated and uncooperative with police. The incident was documented and a report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

Officers were dispatched to a dispute on Riverview Drive. The dispute was verbal in nature and no arrests were made. A trespass warning was issued at the residence renter’s request.

A Threats report was taken on E Flaming Gorge Way when the victim advised he had received threatening text messages from his ex-wife.

A 17 year old female was warned for driving through an occupied crosswalk on Monroe Ave.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing their client’s drug tests on Commerce Way.

A guitar case was found on W Flaming Gorge Way and turned in to the PD for safe keeping.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Virginia Circle with a 90 year old female who was afraid she was going to pass out.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute on W Teton Blvd; no signs of injuries were reported and no arrests were made.

Officers responded to a report of a suicidal subject on Center Street; the subject was contacted and the report was unfounded.

A black and white heeler type dog was reported at large and impounded on Wilson Street.

Animal Control Officers responded to a dog at large report on Hitching Post Drive; a Schnauzer type dog was impounded.
