Zachary K Perry, age 23, of Green River was arrested on 11/20/12 at 01:03 am on Bramwell Street for Driving While Intoxicated. Officers were dispatched to a crash on Bramwell Street and during the course of the investigation it was determined Perry was the driver involved and he was intoxicated. Perry was taken into custody and transported to jail where a breath test showed his blood alcohol concentration at over double the legal limit.
Officers investigated a report of Malicious Mischief on W 2nd N when the owner of a camp trailer advised someone rolled a large tire into the left front side of the camper. Damage was estimated at $500; anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
Officers took a report of a crash at the parking lot of 175 Monroe Ave when a SUV driven by Tenesha Wehry backed into a pickup truck driven by Lynda Mooney. No injuries were reported and damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each.
Officers investigated a crash on Astle Ave at Bramwell Street when a car driven by Zach Perry struck a pickup truck driven by Michael Lane. No injuries were reported and damage to the Perry vehicle was estimated at over $1000 and under $1000 to the truck driven by Lane. Perry was arrested for DWUI.
Officers responded to a business alarm on W Flaming Gorge Way; the area was checked and the call was unfounded.
Officers were dispatched to a 911 hang up call on N 1st W. Officer contacted the home owner and she advised she did not call 911.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Uinta Drive with an 86 year old female who was transported to the hospital.
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to Alabama Drive regarding two dogs at large. The dogs were contained; the owner was contacted and warned of the complaint.
