Penny L Saunders, age 48, of Green River was arrested on 11/28/12 at 05:49 pm on E 2nd N for Driving While Intoxicated. Officers responded to a traffic crash on N 1st E and subsequent investigation showed Saunders to have been intoxicated at the time of the crash. Saunders was taken into custody and transported to jail where a breath test showed her blood alcohol concentration was over the legal limit.
A report of Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card was taken on Citadel Street when the victim advised someone used his debit card to charge over $500 in Waco Texas. The victim said he was advised of the transaction from his banking institution and they needed a report to cover his loss.
A trespass warning was issued on Uinta Drive at the request of the management of Golden Hour Citizen Center; the subject was warned and asked to leave.
Officers investigated a crash at the Monroe School parking lot when a car driven by Toni Koivusaari sideswiped a parked pickup truck owned by Judy Wells. No injuries were reported and damage to both vehicles minor estimated at under $1000 each.

Officers took a report of a car Passing a School Bus on W Teton Blvd. The driver of the car was contacted and stated she did see the bus’ lights. A video was obtained and a report was forwarded to the city prosecutor for review.
A smart phone was found at the Uinta Loaf and Jug parking lot; it was turned in to the PD for safe keeping.
