Raul O Fernandez, age 55, of Ogden Utah, was arrested on 12/15/12 at 03:10 am on E Railroad Street for Public Intoxication. Ortiz was found passed out in his vehicle, which was inoperable because of a flat tire. Investigation at the scene showed Fernandez to be intoxicated and he was taken into custody and transported to jail without incident.

Dayn M Johnson, age 55, of Green River, was arrested on 12/14/12 at 9:54 pm on Uinta Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. Johnson was stopped to a speeding violation and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated. Johnson was taken into custody and transported to jail where a breath test confirmed his intoxication.

Officers investigated a report of a Hit and Run crash on Daniel Boone Drive when the driver of a Suburban struck a parked car and the driver left the area on foot. Officers identified a possible suspect and the investigation is ongoing. No injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a report of a vehicle Passing a School Bus at Lincoln Middle School. A video of the incident was reviewed and a suspect vehicle was identified. Officers spoke with the driver of the vehicle and he admitted to being at Lincoln School that morning. A report was sent to the City Prosecutor for review.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Schultz Street when the owner of a 1995 GMC pickup truck reported someone threw a brick through the windshield of his truck. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Virginia Drive with a 4 year old having an asthma attack and was transported to the hospital.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Uinta Drive with a male who had fallen and was injured.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on E 3rd S with an 80 year old female suffering from pain and was transported to the hospital.

Officers responded to a 911 hang up call on E 2nd N; the caller inadvertently called 911.

Officers responded to a Nuisance Animal Complaint on Madison Ave; the dog’s owner was contacted and warned of the complaint.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on E Flaming Gorge Way with a 41 year old male who was intoxicated and had fallen and struck his head. The victim was checked and refused transport.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on California Drive with an 81 year old female who was suffering from abdominal pains. The victim was checked and refused transport.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute on W Teton Blvd; the dispute was verbal and no injuries were reported.
