Now is the appropriate time for citizens in the audience to be recognized and to speak on items both on the agenda and of general concern for them as citizens of Green River. There will be a limit of three (3) minutes for each individual and five (5) minutes for a group spokesperson. No speaker shall speak more than twice on any issue.

A.
Reappointment of Barry Tippy to the Green River Airport Advisory Board
Barry Tippy has volunteered to continue serving on the Green River Airport Advisory Board. He is one of the original members.
Suggested Motion: I move to confirm the Mayor's reappointment of Barry Tippy to a four (4) year term on the Green River Airport Advisory Board beginning March 1, 2021 and expiring February 28, 2025.
B.
Reappointment of Edward McPherson to the Green River Airport Advisory Board
Edward McPherson has volunteered to continue serving on the Green River Airport Advisory Board. He is one of the original members.
Suggested Motion: I move to confirm the Mayor's reappointment of Edward McPherson to a four (4) year term on the Green River Airport Advisory Board beginning March 1, 2021 and expiring February 28, 2025.

Council Action Items
A.
Consideration to Approve a contract with Duty Dogs for the purchase of a trained therapy dog
At the Feb 2, 2021 council meeting, council authorized the Police Department to seek a Children’s Trust Fund Grant for a therapy canine. The department received word on February 19th that $6,000 has been designated to the Green River Police Department through the grant for the purchase and training of a therapy dog. Duty Dogs has a three-month-old puppy (Buddy) ready to be trained that has demonstrated behavior traits desirable in a therapy dog. The proposed contract is for the purchase of Buddy and the training necessary for him to perform as a therapy dog.
Suggested Motion: I move to approve the contract with Duty Dogs for the purchase and training of Buddy, in the amount of $6,000 and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement.

CONSIDERATION OF A CONTRACT FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES WITH CASTLE CLEANING COMPANY
This will be a contract with Castle Cleaning Company for custodial services for July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 at the Recreation Center. In an effort to ensure the maximum benefit to the City of Green River, service contracts are issued for one year, with the ability to negotiate for renewal for up to three years. Castle Cleaning Company is the current service provider and in negotiating a contract renewal amount, Castle Cleaning has proposed $60,000.00 for the renewal amount. This amount represents no increase in the contract. Cleaning Company has been efficient and responsive in meeting the needs for custodial services at the Recreation Center.
Suggested Motion: I move to approve the Contract for Custodial Services with Castle Cleaning Company for the Recreation Center, in the amount of $60,000.

Suggested Motion: I move to approve the special 24-hour bar openings requested by the Green River Liquor Association for St. Patrick's Day - March 20, 2021; Flaming Gorge Days - June 25th and 26th, 2021; Halloween - October 31, 2021 and New Year's Eve - December 31, 2021.
