Eric G Ramos, age 27, of Green River was arrested on 9/23/10 at 21:33 hours on Daniel Boone Drive for Aggravated Assault and Battery. Officers were called to a disturbance and learned that Ramos battered a female subject and then attacked a male subject with a machete. The female subject was treated and released from Memorial Hospital.

Bernadette Bernal, age 18, of Green River was cited for Underage Consumption of Alcohol on 9/24/10 at 02:13 hours on N 6th W. Bernal’s vehicle was stopped because she was in an area and at a time where a rash of recent Auto Burglaries have occurred. Officer determined she had consumed alcoholic beverages and she was cited.

An Aggravated Assault report was taken at Monroe School. All parties involved are juveniles.

A report of Domestic Battery was investigated on Hackberry Street. A report was written and forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

Officers assisted Department of Probation and Parole personnel on Trona Drive with the seizure of contraband.

Officers observed Suspicious Circumstances on W Railroad Ave when a number of vehicles had their doors left open. The owners were contacted and the vehicles had been rummaged through but no property was reported missing. The GRPD would like to remind the public to lock their vehicles when not occupied.
